Don Bosco wins Cambodian Cuisine competition
Phnom Penh. The Don Bosco Hotel School of Sihanoukville won the Cambodian Cuisine category of the National Competition last 21st of January in Phnom Penh, a program organized by the Chefs Cambodian Federation. A team of students from the Culinary Department presented their skills in Cambodian food and won over experts from around the country, including dedicated chefs from five start hotels. “This is a great recognition for our efforts to offer a good formation to our students,” said Fr. Roel Soto, Don Bosco Cambodia’s country representative. A recognition like this provides effective references to our young people, opening to them better opportunities of job and breaking the circles of poverty.
